- Overnight Jasmine Rice of yesterday enough for 4 peoples

- 10 raw Prawn Crackers/chips from Indonesia (Kerupuk Udang)

In a pot or in the same wok put 1 cup water, let it boils, add the sweet corns, carrots, peas, a pinch of salt, boil for 5 minutes. Remove, drain. Set aside - In a wok put 1 cup oil & turn heat on high,add onions,ginger,garlic,red chilis, celery, the cooked veges, half of the 2 soya sauces then mix all well.Then add the rice, pour the rest of the sauces&mix well again,then bring back the beef, sausages to the rice mixture,the bean sprouts,the egg pieces, pineapple chunks &mix again.Taste the season. When all is warm enough & well mixed then turn off. Transfer to a deep large serving dish.Garnish with the parsley leaves or the diced green onion on top.
- Scoop out the fried rice mixture and place it onto individual place. Put on top the Krupuk crackers, and at the side plate put the sliced cucumbers. Side dish can be served Indonesian Sambal Oelek or whatever home made Sambal hot chili you've. Happy cooking ππ€
